On April 1, 2015, MegaPath closed the sale of its Managed Services business to GTT Communications, Inc. As part of this transaction, approximately 500 MegaPath Managed Services customers will be transferring to GTT. This transaction positions MegaPath to place an even greater emphasis on investments in their Cloud and Unified Communications service offerings.
MegaPath began notifying transferring customers in mid-February and GTT will be sending a welcome email to transferring customers today as well. Cisco partners with Microsoft to accelerate service delivery for cloud providers via integrated cloud platform
